Cancellation Policy

 

At Lotus Alternatives, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and mine, the following policy is in place:

 

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), will be subject to full payment of the scheduled service.

 

This policy allows us to offer appointment times to other clients who may be waiting and helps support the sustainability of the practice.
