 I am AnnaMarie or Anna, owner and operator of Lotus Alternatives located in Hanover ON. I am a Reiki Master Usui/ Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner and a Certified Indian Head Massage Practitioner, Certified Reflexologist, and I offer various therapeutic massages

How did I choose these modalities?  I didn’t, they chose me.  As a RPN with 24  years experience, it was time to venture into a new realm and help others heal.  Because of my experience, I am knowledgeable in Anatomy and Physiology as well as disease and disease process. I provide a relaxing atmosphere by using Essential oils, relaxing music and crystals to aid in the various treatments I offer Helping  de-stress the body. When your body's chakras are balanced, your energy flows more freely thus allowing the body to heal itself.
